      Tarnjeet has successfully led partner, associate, and team level searches for leading UK and US firms in London and internationally. 

      Tarnjeet is recognised as a leading legal recruitment and search specialist having been shortlisted as Best Permanent Consultant by the REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals body. 

      Prior to founding Latitude Legal Recruitment, Tarnjeet was a Director at a Private Practice legal recruitment firm, where he led and managed the associate business for several years. Tarnjeet went onto to focus on all levels of Partner search work, before joining an independent Partner focused legal search business, where he successfully completed several market shaking Partner searches across a number of disciplines for Global US law firms before founding Latitude.

      Tarnjeet studied law at Nottingham Trent University, completing the LPC at Nottingham law school before training and qualifying as a real estate lawyer spending 3 years at a top 100 law firm.
